Catalonia Hotels & Resorts is a family-run hotel chain.We currently have 75 properties across more than 25 destinations: 59 hotels in Spain, and others in Brussels, Berlin, Amsterdam, Porto, as well as 9 resorts in the Caribbean (4 in the Dominican Republic and 5 in Mexico), and one city hotel in Santo Domingo. We are the leading hotel chain in Barcelona, with more than 3,000 rooms.

We are a constantly growing, so We are looking for an intern to join our Expansion Department.

The selected candidate will work closely with the team to support strategic projects related to entering new markets and analyzing business opportunities.

Main Responsabilities

• Support in identifying expansion opportunities in local and international markets.
• Market and competitor data analysis.
• Collaboration in the preparation of feasibility studies.
• Assistance in planning and executing expansion strategies.
• Participation in progress review meetings and drafting progress reports.
• Management of documentation related to the expansion process.

Requirements:

• Final-year university student in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.
• Proactive, organized, and a team player.
• Interest in business development and expansion strategies.
• Advanced level of English & Spanish
